Congratulations.

You broke me. Finally, after all this time, you have crushed me, wholly and completely. Yippee.

I am better than you. I will be a better person, I will pick myself up and tape me back together. Just you watch.

    I know this doesn't help much, but I heard a quote once, something like:

    "They can't take something from you that you don't give them."

    I have no doubt in my mind that you are stronger than the person you're talking about. Don't let them make you feel like that. You are strong and beautiful and better than that.
